MOTU PATLU
Motu Patlu is a popular Indian animated sitcom, first aired on October 16, 2012. It is an adaptation of the classic comic strip Motu Patlu by Kripa Shankar Bhardwaj published in the children's magazine Lotpot.
Story
The series revolves around the daily misadventures of two best friends, Motu and Patlu, residing in the fictional town of Furfuri Nagar (and later, Modern City). Motu, the main protagonist, is a plump and good-natured man with a strong craving for samosas. Patlu, his best friend, is a thin and intelligent man who often finds himself caught up in Motu's silly schemes. They frequently find themselves in comical and challenging situations, often escaping thanks to a stroke of luck.

Motu: A chubby, jovial man known for his love of samosas. Eating samosas gives him temporary bursts of strength and energy, often crucial in solving problems or escaping trouble.
Patlu: Motu's thin and intelligent best friend, often the voice of reason and the problem solver of the duo.
Dr. Jhatka: An eccentric scientist whose quirky inventions often add to the comical chaos.
Ghasitaram: A cowardly and self-proclaimed expert with "20 years of experience" in everything, but whose advice usually leads to more trouble.
Inspector Chingum: A proud and somewhat boastful police inspector with a strong South Indian accent, who believes no criminal can escape him, but often needs Motu and Patlu's help.
John the Don: The main antagonist, a criminal with two dimwitted sidekicks who constantly try to steal and cause trouble, but are always foiled by Motu and Patlu.
